Additional privacy controls

Co-operative Energy Saving is fully compliant with the UK Data Protection Act, meaning that we follow the latest security best practices regarding how we collect and store sensitive credit card information.

Any credit card details collected via phone or post, are immediately shredded after payment has been processed. For reference purposes only, we store the last 10 digits of the card account number. Doing so allows us to handle enquiries if you ever have questions in the future.
